Currently there are 300 staffs , with more than 40% of staffs having professional and technical titles.       It has successively obtained the following qualification certificates: the Secondary Qualification of General Contracting for Electrical Power Construction, the Secondary Qualification of Professional Contracting for Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering, the Secondary Qualification of Professional Contracting for Mechanical and Electric Equipment Installation Engineering, the Secondary Qualification of Professional Contracting for City and Street Lighting Engineering, the Grade B Qualification of Professional Design of Power Transmission and Transformation in Electric Powder Industry, and the Grade B Qualification of Professional Survey of Power Transmission and Transformation in Electrical Powder Industry, issued by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Hebei Province, and the Electrical Power Facilities Installation,Maintainence and Test licence, issued by State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Moreover, it has passed certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System and ISO18001 Occupation Health and Safety Management System, which are internationally recognized.  With years of development and accumulation, it has invested around RMB1bn yuan to purchase nearly 66,700 square meters land in the newly developed area of Qinhuangdao Economic & Technological Development Zone and plans to develop and build a high-tech product base.
